Charles S. McGrail
C. S. McGrail is, with little exception, a life long resident of Central New York.
He spends his time shortening pencils, as he plots the growth of his ink baby empire. In his free time, he fumbles with bag pipes and other, assorted, noise makers. He has also been known to chop fire wood, feed song birds, and spy on the wild life in his yard. The children are all grown and gone. And he and his wife now have more than a basketball team's worth of grandchildren sprinkled about the country.
